Welcome to Pan Pac Forest Products Limited – a Japanese owned, fully integrated forestry / timber products company, located in the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand.

From establishment in 1971 the company has been located on the Whirinaki industrial site, 20 kilometres north of Napier. We also have cutting rights to over 33,000 hectares of plantation forests, at five forest locations in Hawke's Bay.

In 2007, Pan Pac became wholly owned by Oji Green Resources, a fully owned subsidiary of Oji Holdings Limited.

We grow, process and market forest-based products to meet global customer demand and shareholder expectations.

In December 2014 we established a subsidiary company, Pan Pac Forest Products (Otago) Limited, a lumber business which operates a modern sawmill, boiler, continuous kiln and drymill from a site at Milburn just south of Dunedin in the South Island.

We care about our staff

We actively seek to employ, develop and retain skilled staff and contractors. We have a workforce of over 380 permanent staff and over 450 people contracted to assist in forestry, harvesting and transport operations.
