Since it was founded in 1909, MWN has specialized in the manufacture of innovative rollers. Today, the design and manufacture of suction rolls and suction roll shells are among our absolute strengths.
We put the first multi-spindle drilling machine into operation back in the 1950s to manufacture suction roll shells. In the 1990s, we expanded our production capacities with a computer-controlled deep-hole drilling machine and a new machine tool park.
We continue to consistently pursue our innovation course today. In 2010 our new production hall was built with an area of 2000 square meters. The total production area is 7600 square meters. Thanks to the most modern crane system with a span of 25 m and a load capacity of 80 t, rollers can be manufactured and maintained in completely new dimensions.
A state-of-the-art, innovative test stand guarantees our customers 100% quality. Rollers weighing up to 80 tons with up to 2000 revolutions are put through their paces here. This creates security for your production process.
We also deliver top results in service. The realization of individual customer requests is our top priority. Highly qualified specialists are available for this purpose, who guarantee comprehensive service on site or in our factory using the most modern means.
We are active worldwide. Wherever there is paper. Worldwide references are proof of the high technical level and the quality of the MWN products. Our customers in North and South America, for example, are looked after by our own sales office.
