Metalvalves is one of the best italian company for the design and manufacture of high quality industrial valves.

 

Metalvalves produces on-off valves and control valves for energy, chemical, petrochemical, water treatment and distribution industries, for the Oil & Gas, LNG and mining sectors. Metalvalves was founded by people with over twenty-five years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with proven experience in flow control valves. The Metalvalves technical department has access to a wide range of design systems, including AutoCAD, for the design of all valves in its production line.

 

The products are manufactured in accordance with the European Directive on Pressure Equipment (PED) 2014/68 / EU and the company operates under a quality assurance program certified in accordance with EN ISO 9001. In addition to our industrial valves, designed according to international standards such as API / ASME / ASTM / BS, Metalvalves can design and produce valves that meet every need, providing solutions for special applications and services.

The quality assurance department ensures that all engineering, manufacturing and testing activities are carried out to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 as the core of our quality management system. Valves are manufactured by Metalvalves in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68 / EU, and follow the most stringent international standards in terms of quality and performance.

 

  • All valves are tested in accordance with international standards and technical specifications agreed with the customer.

  • Metalvalves is capable to provide Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) according to EN473-ISO9712 / SNT-TC-1A

  • Pressure test and functional tests are performed for 100% of the valves produced and are reported in the test certificates released to the customer, such as the UNI EN 10204 certificate.

  • Before starting production activities, a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) appropriate to the current contract and contractual terms may be released.
