Mayuresh Gears Pvt. Ltd. was started in the year 1995. It brings with it the rich experience of Mr. Mahendra K. Avle, who is a mechanical engineer & has worked for a long period in a gear industry.

It started it's operation with manufacturing of special new type of gear boxes used in plastic processing machinery - helical gear boxes with inbuilt thrust housing.

With added advantages over the one traditionally used these gear boxes because very popular amongst plastic machinery manufacturers. Slowly & gradually Mayuresh also entered in the field of manufacturing of standard helical gear boxes & geared motors usually used in general engineering industry. Very soon traditional worm reduction gear boxes & geared motors also were added to product profile of the company.

At Present we manufacturer following types of gear boxes.

Now Mayuresh have producing twin screw gear boxes - a special technology not very common in India. Mayuresh Enterprises also undertakes to manufacturer worm reduction gear boxes with aluminium body & shaft mounted gear boxes. So we can see a wide range of products being regularly manufactured by the Company. The company also undertakes to manufacturer custom-made gearboxes to suit special individual requirements. Also spare gear manufacturing with profile grinding in undertaken. Thousands of our gearboxes are working successfully not only in India but also abroad.
