The Team

Mike Rapier

CEO

Mike Rapier has twenty five years of experience in the converting and printing industries.  He began his career in converting of paper products with Maxwell Paper Products of Dallas, TX as the General Manager in 1993 directing the Phoenix AZ operation.  After 8 years as the GM, he was given the opportunity to buy the Phoenix plant and thus Liberty Paper Products LLC was born. Mike’s core responsibilities with Liberty Greenleaf is growth and profitability, working with the sales team and operations to realize the full potential. Mike has a BA from Wabash College and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.

John H. Conway

CFO

John graduated from Canisius College with a B.S. in accounting, later being certified as a C.P.A. in New York State. He was in public accounting for over seven years with two national firms. He has over thirty years experience as a CFO in various industries, with a concentration of over twenty years in converting and printing. John’s principled leadership has led to great efficiencies in all the organizations he has been involved with. Trained as a computer auditor, he also brings a sound knowledge of IT and ERP platforms, which greatly aids in accomplishing corporate efficiencies. John relocated from Buffalo, New York in May of 2017 to join the Liberty Greenleaf management team.

Gregg Mosby Jr.

COO

Much of Gregg’s youth was spent working on the production floor for Greenleaf Paper during summer breaks from high school and college. His formal career began in 2002 selling small rolls and eventually managing several departments until he was promoted to President in 2011.  Gregg functioned in that role until the acquisition to form Liberty Greenleaf. He transitions into the role of COO focusing on operational efficiencies and supporting the growth of the company. Gregg played baseball and graduated from the University of California-Riverside with a BS degree in Business Administration. Gregg is married with two daughters and a son, enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sporting activities, attending sporting events and working.
