At INDEVCO, we’re driven by a forward-thinking corporate philosophy focused on both purpose and profit. ‘Listening to Change’ alerts us to needs across our communities and within our companies. When we see a situation that needs to change, we act on it. In changing for the best, we create value for our companies and the communities in which we operate. We do this using a toolbox of values, motivation and core competencies in manufacturing to direct constructive change.
Over the past six decades, we have broadened our portfolio of corrugated, paper, and plastic raw materials and packaging, jumbo tissue rolls, consumer and away-from-home disposables, renewable energy solutions, converting machinery, and CNC machined parts. With sustainable development as a major driver, we’re dedicated to integrating environmental sustainability in our operations, from raw material and energy efficiency to waste management and emission reduction. We also heavily engage communities and launch social initiatives to address key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Headquartered in Ajaltoun, Lebanon, INDEVCO employs over 9900 people in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US in 38 manufacturing plants and 38 commercial companies. “ What is good for the community is good for the company. What is good for the company, we will strive to do excellently and in a way that enriches the lives of our people. ”
The objective of each member company will be to resolve one or more of the problems, which now hamper the social and economic development of the community. They will demonstrate that private companies with social spirit, can, in some areas, contribute more effectively than government institutions. In solving these problems they can also be profitable and finance their own growth.
