Our production department uses specialised machinery, mechanised processes and a rationally organised workflow to increase productivity and flexibility, and so achieve high levels of quality and prompt delivery.
ASSEMBLY
Organised into production lines according to dimensions and types of valve. We follow the sequence, assembly, testing and tagging of 100% of all valves.
STOCK and DELIVERIES
BAC VALVES has a stock of finished valves which serves as the controlling warehouse for our distributors' and agents' strategic local stocks, cutting delivery times and associated costs. The same approach is used in direct sales.
