Introduction:

Zhejiang Yanpai Filter Technology Co., Ltd. has placed an order with international technology group ANDRITZ for the supply of two high-performance needlepunch lines.

Features:

The two lines are designed for the efficient production of high-end nonwovens. They will expand Yanpai’s nonwovens capacity and help the company move into new application areas.

The supply scope includes ANDRITZ’s double-doser opening system, a card, and a crosslapper with an integrated ProWid™ system to ensure improved web weight uniformity. The compact line design delivers higher output per square metre and integrates smoothly into Yanpai’s existing needlepunch workshop.

According to Yanpai, the decision to install two additional lines highlights its strong confidence in ANDRITZ’s technology and service support.

The equipment will be installed at Yanpai’s headquarters plant in Tiantai County, China, with commissioning planned for the third quarter of 2026.
