Polysilicon

Polysilicon from WACKER is extremely pure and therefore a key material in advanced applications such as solar energy (photovoltaics) and semiconductors. WACKER produces high-purity polysilicon at three sites according to identical, sustainable standards. In highly integrated material loops, manufacturing byproducts are reprocessed and then reused as basic materials in the value chain. Our integrated quality management system (certified to ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as OHRIS and OHSAS) ensures that we comply with environmental, health and safety requirements at every step, from individual advice, through polysilicon production to punctual delivery and specific follow-up support.
