WB-VCI-PROTECT® FILMS FROM W.BOSCH+CO.:

The VCI films from W.Bosch+Co. are always an optimal solution when large machines, workpieces or tools made of metal, but also bulk goods, need to be protected effectively and safely against corrosion and environmental influences, dirt, contamination or vermin.
Well combined for different applications.
WB-VCI-PROTECT ® from W.Bosch+Co. is equipped with special combinations of VCI inhibitors and is thus optimized for the most diverse requirements in terms of protection: 5 to 8 m² of VCI film made of WB-VCI-PROTECT ® offer sufficient protection for a packaging volume of 1m³, depending on the area to be protected over a period of up to 2 years. The period of protection can be extended to up to 10 years by using VCI powder bags or VCI chips.
For special requirements or individual alloys, we test and examine the protective effect in our own laboratory or arrange for tests to be carried out by external institutes. For example, W.Bosch+Co. regularly and independently check and confirm the high quality of the products, including through the Europe-wide recognized institute for packaging testing BFSV eV (consulting, research, system planning, packaging development and testing eV).

VCI films from W.Bosch+Co. are available in various strengths and designs. Mono-extruded VCI films work in both directions and are particularly suitable for intermediate layers. Coextruded VCI films only work in one direction. This prevents outgassing to the outside for a much longer protection period. The delivery forms can be selected according to the planned application: in rolls as cuts, tubes, half-tubes, gusseted tubes as well as flat bags and gusseted sacks with tear-off perforations, or individually as cuts, flat bags, gusseted sacks, hoods and box inserts.
Easy processing on all devices.
The VCI films made from WB-VCI-PROTECT ® from W.Bosch+Co. can be processed like standard PE films and are ideal for automatic packaging. Welding is just as easy as manual or automatic wrapping and stretching on all common standard devices.
