Honeycomb panel

Tonelli SpA is the market leader in the production of Aston branded cardboard honeycomb. The product is used in furniture and for the production of doors and honeycomb panels.

In the San Marino plant, the honeycomb is produced in the three plants, with six and eight reels for automatic processing in continuous form and also in sticks used for manual processing. The total production capacity of honeycomb is over 15,000 tons.

Thanks to our long experience and continuous investments in technology and research, we can boast cutting-edge solutions, such as cell drilling to uniform temperatures and to allow steam to escape during pressing.

The complete ventilation, which prevents the bursting of the honeycomb, and the continuous construction, to obtain a homogeneous honeycomb cell, allow us to obtain a quality product able to satisfy the different needs of use.
