The specific application of vacuum pump in paper industry is as follows:
1: black liquor evaporation
The black liquor evaporator in the pulp mill is used to concentrate the black liquor produced in the pulp cleaning process so that the liquid can be recovered from the recovery furnace and reused in pulp production.
2: coarse pulp washer
Before bleaching or other raw materials are prepared, the coarse pulp washer removes the pulp chemicals (" black liquor ") from the paper materials. The coarse pulp washer is a typical horizontal drum filter. A drum cavity can create a vacuum. When the drum rotates in the pulp, the vacuum allows the material to adhere to the outside surface of the drum and helps remove the black liquid from the material.
Lime mud and filters
A lime mud filter used in a pulp mill to recover lime in the process of white water clarification. Similar to the coarse slurry washing machine, lime mud filter is a typical horizontal rotary drum filter. The inside of the drum creates a vacuum. When the drum rotates in lime mud, a lime cake is formed on the outside surface of the drum. It is then scraped away and reused in the whitewater process.
Sediment filter
In the paper pulp mill, the sediment filter is used to filter the non-combustible suspended particles in the "green liquid", to remove before cogeneration of fully burnt carbon particles, iron-containing compounds and refractory furnace fragments. Sediment filter is a typical horizontal drum filter. The inside of the drum creates a vacuum to extract particles from the green liquid.
Vacuum dewatering machine
The dewatering machine is used to dehydrate the raw material during the preparation stage to increase the concentration of the raw material. The dewatering machine is a typical horizontal rotary drum filter, which is used to dehydrate from the pulp in proportion to increase the concentration of raw materials.
