Productivity - our paper cotton swab sticks are strong yet flexible and manufactured to extremely close tolerances to ensure consistent length & diameter, thereby providing the highest level of productivity and minimal waste.  The glue used in the tipping process adheres to the paper stick more readily therefore the tip is better secured.  There is no need to serrate or preheat the stick surface as with plastic sticks.  Safety - although the paper sticks are strong enough for all high-speed tipping machines, they are flexible & have a more secure tip for safer use in the hands of the consumer. Environmentally Friendly - paper sticks made from natural fiber will completely biodegrade as opposed to plastic, thereby posing no environmental threat.  Further, paper is made from a clean renewable resource vs. the petroleum by-products used in the manufacture of plastics.
