Our manufacturing unit at Jiyana, Rajkot is ISO 9001:2015 Certified. A pioneering corrugated box manufacturing company in Gujarat with a legacy of six decades in Paper & Packaging industry. Located 15 kms from Rajkot (state of Gujarat, India), the Jiyana plant is spread across an area of 20 acres with adequate land for future expansion.

• Manufacture of high quality Corrugated Boxes of 3, 5 and 7 Ply with NF, EF & BF as per customer’s specifications.
• In-house Flexo printing facility, producing 3, 5 & 7 ply corrugated boxes with NF, EF & BF as per customer’s specifications
• Converts approx. 2400 TPA of paper annually for application in packaging
• In-house Flexo printing facility for printing brand name, product information (4 colour printing)
• Available with Stitching / or Glue joint, manufacture of integral fitments like partitions, interlockers, punched plates
• Laboratory facilities for testing of BF, GSM & Cobb value of Kraft paper, bursting strength, compression strength & puncture resistance of corrugated boxes, using Kraft paper from 100 to 250 GSM and of 12 to 24 BF, per customer’s specifications
