Cardboard trays

Cardboard trays are used across a multitude of industries, and are used to pack large items such as; flat packed furniture and smaller items such as six jars of sauce. They are quick to assemble and can be folded on the short ends to save cost or the long end to provide more strength. Most designs lock in, some of the more cost effective design require stapling or taping of the corners.

Cardboard trays are normally used along with other packaging types such as shrink wrap or trays and hood. Due to the relatively small amount of cardboard used, they are cost effective, compared to other packaging types. We can also provide machine erect cardboard trays (where our clients machines glue the trays around the products) or quick assembly ‘pop up’ options. Like most of our products we are able to focus material types depending on its use. Many cardboard trays are used on shelf and require a high quality print and smarter material type.
