The EKOSEP range of Filter Belt Presses are used to dewater various types of sludges, reducing their volume before further processing or disposal. Presses come in standard sizes up to 2.4m wide and can process sludges with dry solids as low as 0.5% with the correct configuration. We source our Filter Belt Presses from AJV Engineering and support the EKOSEP range with installation and commissioning services and spare parts support.
When compared with a centrifuge dewatering plant a Filter Belt Press has much lower energy consumption, low polymer consumption and a lower capital cost.
