A sensible low tech alternative to bowed rollers, spreader rollers and grooved air release rollers.

Proven to work equally well with both paper and film in the controlled laydown of material, directly before converting, laminating and printing applications and positioned immediately before the rewind, the web can benefit from a tighter wind, accurate tension and neater edge rewind. Our tensioning brush should not to be confused with spreader rollers.

It is the specialist design of the bristles which are responsible for the flattening of the material and the subsequent removal of sags, lines and wrinkles.
