North West Roller Services Ltd now have the largest laser engraving facility in the UK.

In 1992 North West Roller Services Ltd began producing Laser Engraved (In the Round) Rubber Rollers, starting with one CO2 laser then onto the present day and the expansion of the new laser engraving department we have introduced three more CO2 laser engraving machines.

North West Roller Services Ltd now have the largest laser engraving facility in the UK, constantly producing laser engraved sleeves and cylinders for the Packaging and Wallpaper industry.

Engravings range from security print cylinders with engraved text thats so small its not visible to the naked eye to large embossing rollers with bold designs and deep engravings. Industry demand has led to the development of many processes in design and origination.
