All the models can be fed manually or automatically by a folder machine.

Designed and build for an industrial use, based on three shifts a day, it require a very low maintenance.

Size changeover time: Complete format size change over for all three dimensions run to run is 20 minutes.

This result is achieved by combining mechanical adjustments and user friendly format size change over operations.

All the format parameters i.e. machine speed, sealed belts and outfeed belts, position and length of the film for each format are memorised and can be recalled easily by the touch screen display.

User friendly format size changeover using motors instead of handwheels are available (optional).
