Product description

This type is a pneumatically actuated valve with 2 port connections and 2 switching positions. The V2 has been developed for hot gases up to 400°C. The special application of the V2 is found in hot gas filtration as well as in filter cleaning during the coal gasification process in coal-fired power stations. The special feature of the V2 is that it opens and closes extremely quickly in order to generate a pressure surge in the filter / pressure tank.

The V2 is characterized by a hermetic seal to the outside as well as an extremely wear resistant valve seat. The control is carried out via a direct mounted or external 5/2-way pilot valve. V2 valves are available in orifices from 15 to 80 mm and pressure ranges from 16, 40 up to 64 bar.

Options

The valves can be equipped with many options such as alternative pilot valves, limit switches, mounting brackets, diverse plug connections such as M12x1 DESINA / VDMA.
