SB Components fleet division offers the manufacture and fitment of a wide range of commercial vehicle components, to suit all chassis types. This helps large fleet owners to ensure that they operate as safely as possible and are as socially responsible as possible.
Manufactured and fitted at their purpose built 45,000 square feet fleet facility in Wisbech, their wide range of products include electrical safety systems, fuel saving aerodynamic equipment, chassis catwalks, raised A-frames and gas installations all complying with the latest Type Approval guidelines. They work closely with OEM’s and are approved installers for manufactures such as Mercedes and Isuzu.
The need for safety systems within the industry has grown over recent years and SB Components installs comply with FORS and CLOCS Standard, aswell as being able to offer the direct vision standard which was introduced in 2016.
SB Components can design, build and fit almost anything that you require for your commercial vehicles, their teams have unrivalled engineering and design knowledge. With world class facilities, the latest equipment and technology, they can deliver high quality standard or bespoke solutions. Whatever your needs, whether you are an owner operator or manage a National fleet, they can handle the specifications and volume you require.
All of SB Components products can be supplied with full paintwork, fitting kits and accessories, through to PDI’s and tacho calibrations offering you a one stop service from factory through to delivery.
Principal clients include retailers and logistics companies such as Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda, John Lewis, DHL, UPS, DPD and Royal Mail.
All SB Components products are covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty and nationwide service centres throughout the UK.
Due to their growth in the industry, they are currently in the process of planning and development of a new 25,000 square foot, 17 bay, £2.4M workshop which is due for completion quarter 3 of 2019 and will further increase their capacity and product offering.
