The MSP Sheeter offers high-speed production, quick set ups, accurate squareness and precise sheet length. The stationary bed knife/rotary cutter sheeter is the ideal equipment for converters and printers using lighter weight grades (0.018″ thick, 500 gsm) to maximize their sheeting output and control product quality.

Equipped with state of the art electronic cut off control, the MSP Sheeter eliminates the need for guillotine trimming.  Sheet squareness can be automatically set on the dead knife cutter.   The cutter’ servo-motor can be programmed to provide cut-to-register capability (to within +/- 0.006″, 13 mm) when converting preprinted or holographic material.  The flow of material through the cutting section, the knife mounting arrangement and the cross cutting blade angles are designed for maximum cutting efficiency on a wide range of substrates offering versatile performance.

The sheeter’s compact size requires minimal floor space and only one Operator. Outfitted with static eliminating equipment and the Maxson Airfoil Overlap, it can run jam free at high speeds. The MSP Sheeter can be kitted with a reject gate and a sheet cleaner to eliminate ‘hickies’.  Various stacker configurations are available to suit the digital, folio and large sheet format markets.

The MSP Sheeter’s durable design and rugged construction ensure years of trouble-free performance. The machinery’s maintenance requirements can be easily addressed by in-house staff although the electrical system is equipped with a remote diagnosis should troubleshooting be required by Maxson Automatic Machinery Company technicians.
