Technique of testing

In order to achieve the best possible quality for our rolls, the online measuring systems in our processing machines are supplemented by tests at the end of the roll. These checks are carried out as in-process controls during shifts. After the finished materials have been assembled, the final inspection is carried out by our laboratory as an outgoing goods inspection. Not only optical and mechanical characteristics are put to the test, but also hygienic aspects such as total bacterial counts or sensory tests.

Only goods released by the laboratory are available for packing in the packing department via our ERP system.

The laboratory and the in-process control are supported by our experienced application technology team, which is available as a "fire brigade" at the machines in the event of a problem.
