Embosser laminator

Maflex embossing and laminating solutions are designed to minimize maintenance times and maximize ease of use.

Engineered as standalone units, they can be integrated into any production line. The modular philosophy allows for rapid installations, ensuring minimal machine downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

Thanks to a quick extraction system, roll replacement only requires removing two bolts per roll. The “open” position of the gluing unit also facilitates maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

Both models, HELIO and HERACLE, can glue sheets randomly (DERL) or synchronized (DESL) and can be equipped with the NO-GAP system. This system ensures continuous operation in start & stop mode, effectively preventing any unglued product segments.
