All eccentric screw pumps from us are manufactured in acid-proof steel and with mechanical shaft seal in silicon carbide as standard. The coupling rod has an extra large diameter to prevent winding of fibers and is provided with pressed, interchangeable wear bushes. The pressure connection lacks ears for tie rods to eliminate the risk of an ear being pulled off when you insert a new stator in place. Our eccentric screw pumps have been designed for short installation length and low construction height.

Since the suction housing has a unique welding design, the inlet nozzle can be adapted to the requirements. The pump can thus replace an existing pump of another brand and it can easily be built into existing pipe systems without changes. Our eccentric screw pumps are manufactured only for customer orders so that everyone becomes customer-specific and receives an ID number that ensures that we get a unique traceability.
