Our blanking and punching presses can produce metal components ranging from small thin precision parts to large thick parts featuring a myriad of intricate shapes.

These swift and powerful blanking presses are available with dampers, damper spindle arrangement, and single and multi-point cushions for absorbing the excessive forces produced in blanking applications where high dimensional stability is a process requirement. Macrodyne’s blanking press system is fully programmable over the entire pressure and speed range of the press and is fully integrated into the main press control system for ease of use.
