The eXTRASLIT slitter rewinder represents a key element for the primary as well as for the secondary film converting market.
The experiences of LAEM and GOEBEL in the flexible packaging and film industries have been combined on these machines to develop this new solution which is and will be a leading model of the converting market.
This high-tech machine is designed to run material up to 3,800 mm width and allows to convert finished reels with a width starting from 180 mm up to full width jumbo rolls of 3300 kg and outer diameter 1300 mm.
The eXTRASLIT slitter rewinder offers cutting-edge technology for high-performance conversion of sensitive films as well as papers and other substrates for the packaging industry, starting from a thickness of 4 µm up to 400 µm and more.
The max. speed up to 1,200 m/min and the quick production changeovers allows to obtain the highest productivity and efficiency, by giving peak performances compared to the standard level of the market.
