Precision wireless monitoring of bolted joint integrity throughout installation and operation.

RotaBolt® Connect takes the proven principles of RotaBolt tension measurement and provides a remote monitoring capability.

Linking to a mobile phone or tablet during installation, a simple traffic light display can be viewed to show the point at which the bolt reaches its design tension. This is in addition to a numerical readout of the exact load achieved.

The RotaBolt Connect then continues to monitor and report on bolt tension with the data being accessible at any time via the internet. The system can be configured to provide alerts by text or email should tension move outside pre-set limits.
