Georgia-Pacific Gypsum

Georgia‐Pacific's Gypsum division pioneered fiberglass mat gypsum technology and, for three decades, has inspired fundamental changes in the types of gypsum panels specified for walls and roofing in commercial building assemblies. We also developed a multi‐sector line of products featuring gypsum, a non‐toxic mineral that is used in plaster, fertilizer and wallboard.

GP Gypsum's core products include the GOLD Dens® brand of fiberglass mat gypsum panels for moisture and mold control in commercial and residential construction projects; ToughRock® Fireguard 45® Gypsum Board, a fire–resistant drywall for walls and ceilings; FireDefender® fire door components and cores; and industrial plasters used by doctors, dentists, farmers and other professionals.
