Decorative Brass Rolls

Fine Cut’s stunning range of decorative brass rolls and decorative strips are designed and manufactured with the craftsman firmly in mind. Sculptured handles, heat protective flanges and overall fine balance deliver ease of use for the most discerning gilder and hobbyists alike.

Balance and Precision

Each wheel is approximately 3" in diameter, mounted on a turned steel shaft and suspended between a cast brass double prong fork. Sculptured handles are 12" long and we can mitre wheels to a set travel distance if required.

Beautiful Borders

Our decorative strips are designed and precision-manufactured to comply with any standard brass roll pattern - the ultimate solution to bordering or underlining. Manufactured in type high brass in 4" lengths as standard at one third of the brass roll price. Other sizes available upon request.

We have the expertise and the technology to produce bespoke brass rolls from customers' artwork if you have a custom design in mind.
