E-HV-975 Smooth- offer the exceptional wear resistance of PM steel combined with moderate toughness for a winning combination in cutting nonwovens, paper, poly and many other materials.  Our expertise in working with this material is unequalled globally.  This, in combination with our knowledge of heat treatment, results in world-class cutting performance. The marginal cost increase of using E-HV-975 instead of conventional high speed steel flex knives is minimal when compared to the increased productivity resulting from less downtime.  

Flex Knife Cutting offers reliable performance and reduces costly downtime by allowing on-line knife maintenance.  Each knife offers 4 cutting edges and is precision ground to ensure quick, consistent knife changes.
