Wetlap Pulper Feed with Dewiring System

Designed to handle wetlap bales: less mess, more fibers on the conveyor lane to the bale pulper. This is a standalone equipment that can be added to existing conveyors.
Synchronized maneuver: in an up and down movement, left side is using sharp cutter, and right side grabs each wire until the tools reach its end of travel, then release the wires into the coiler that drops the wire coils in a bin for easy recycling.
Uses of gravity: wetlap bales travel onto a conveyor belt to reach the chute above the bale pulper, using gravity to safely slide into the tank.
