Convertech Pneumatic-mechanical PCC-4000 expands mechanically through the use of a piston pushing on a mechanical ramp to assure concentricity and high torque capacity. Our core chuck always obtains positive, instant lock up and release. Standard sizes available for Convertech’s Pneumatic-mechanical PCC-4000 ranges from 3″ to 12″ diameters. The body of the core chuck and the lugs are available in steel only. This core chuck is available in flange or cantilevered type mountings. When running different core diameters, Convertech offers interchangeable adapters which can be fitted on one base shaft. Customization
