Categories and Features
DIP FOIL HR papers are divided into the following categories:1. Resistance to scratching or Scratch: level C (good resistance according to UNI EN 15186: 2012, met. B);2. Resistance to abrasion: level D (of the UNI EN 15185: 2011 standard);3. Initial weight determined by the initial starting card;4. DIP FOIL 1E: Chemical pore, surface with chemical pore.
The chemical-physical characteristics of these papers are:1. Resistance to scratching or Scratch variable from 0.7 to 1 N (level 3 of the UNI 9428: 1989 standard);2. Abrasion resistance varying from 20 to 30 Taber medium point turns (level 1 - 2 of the UNI 9115: 1987 standard);3. Initial weight determined by the initial starting card;4. Final weight can vary from 30 to 60 g / m2 more than the initial one;5. Resistance to light higher than 6 on the blue scale (EN ISO 4892-1 and 4892-2 standards);6. Resistance to the action of liquids: level 3 (low resistance according to DIN EN 438-2).
DIP FOIL papers are classified in category E1, i.e. with low formaldehyde content. DIP FOIL papers do not contain heavy metals, according to dir. UE83 / 467EEC and 76 / 769EEC.
Packaging and storage indications and methods
The life of DIP MEL OVERLAY papers is 3 months if stored correctly, i.e. in its original packaging in suitable environmental conditions (relative humidity 55 - 60% and temperature 10 - 25 ° C).
