Roll Plugger
The roll plugger is designed for automatic plugging of rolls an existing roll conveyor or off-line depending on the local premises.
With automatic plug feeding the system will operate without any manual interference for a long period of time. The system can be designed for plugs ranging from 70 mm (2.75”) to 305 mm (12”). Plug sorters and feeders are available for feeding the different plugs automatically from bins or pallets to the plugger. The rolls are plugged uniformly, improving overall roll quality.
The system improves the working environment and increases the overall efficiency, while reducing manual labor and working injuries.
