Our floating ball valves are low torque, quarter turn rotary action with low resistance to flow and are suitable for many on-off utility and process services.
The valves have a straight through configuration typical of the sliding method of closure.
Most of our floating ball valves are fitted with resilient soft seats, usually PTFE and nylon, which can provide bubble tight sealing. This kind of sealing limits the maximum working temperature and make the valve unsuitable for abrasive service because lips of soft seats are easily damaged by hard particles.
