Claren increased the production lines for anvil and perf blades for rewinders (Perini, PCMC, Gambini, Futura, …) and wrapper (KPL, Casmatic, Wrapmatic, ….) enhancing its production capacity.Claren develops and supplies highly efficient blades for the paper processing and tissue converting which convince throught precision and high cutting performance. CLAREN’s products and cutting systems are perfectly integratred into your cutting and manufacturing processes.

Design

• Blades are designed by our technical department, according to our customer’s requests, by means of the most modern tools available. Before marketing the products, strict tests are executed on specifically produced prototypes.
• Working together with the manufacturing plants technical staff, we work towards continuous improvement, investing at the same time in new technologies, to maintain and improve the quality level, efficiency and effectiveness.

Production

• In our plant blades of different kind and dimensions dedicated to the paper world are produced, on state of the art CNC centers managed by the latest production techniques. This guarantees the highest quality and precision in every blade manufacturing phase.
