CAVIMIX

The CAVIMIX machines are based on the same rotor/stator principle as the CAVITRON ® dispersing machines. These machines are specially designed for high solids contents and highly viscous dispersions. The rotor/stator mixer is installed here in the bottom of a container and, thanks to its pumping effect, ensures excellent mixing with moderate shearing force input into the fluid.

The CAVIMIX machines excellently mix powder components, pastes and liquids of any viscosity. In addition, solids can also be finely dispersed. The areas of application for these machines include the chemical industry, paint and pigment production and the starch industry. The design enables both continuous and discontinuous modes of operation.
