Medium Industrial Box Ovens

Box or batch ovens for larger industrial thermal processes, available with many different features to suit your requirements, e.g. programmable, paperless chart recorders, loading trolleys, removable shelves, motorised vertical doors, etc.

These two ovens heat treat automotive side impact bars in baskets. They are loaded with a standard fork truck, then a process timer ensures the correct heat treatment time.  A single chart recorder, in one of the oven's control panel, logs temperature, time and batch number for traceability of both ovens.

Trolleys are loaded, during the production of transformers, on to trolleys with shelves. When two trolleys are full they are pushed into one of two of these batch ovens for drying and curing the varnish. The ovens have explosion relief, extract fans and airflow switches for safety.
