DURABLUE
Bicker's DuraBlueTM melting systems are fully electric and can be designed for both bead and spray application. They are versatile, handy and the compact design, as well as simple and reliable handling, are ideal for processing assembly and packaging adhesives in a wide variety of container shapes.
DuraBlueTM melting systems are fully electric and only require a Schuko socket for normal operation. Their modern and purposeful industrial design simplifies daily operations and reduces maintenance to an absolute minimum.
The membrane keyboard with graphic display of the tank, hose and application head simplifies the programming of the five different heating zones and offers an exact status display at a glance. The precise PID temperature control ensures exact compliance with the preset parameters. Lowering the temperature protects the adhesive in standby mode.
The design of the DuraBlueTM melting tank is also geared towards gentle treatment of the adhesive and high melting capacity. The Teflon-coated cylindrical shape contains no "dead corners" and minimizes adhesive cracking and foreign body build-up.
Up to two high-performance manual guns or application heads can be connected to the system for dot, bead or spin spray application. Their robust design and construction ensure safe operation and long-lasting use.
