BREAST ROLL SHAKER – TURBOSHAKER

The high-speed breast roll TurboShaker allows to permanently and positively influence the formation and further paper properties. With its precise settings, the operators easily adjust shaking stroke and frequency for best quality paper and board production. Our specialists design, customize and manufacture in Germany our shakers at highest perfection standards. It is the perfect companion to the right headbox and dewatering system of a Fourdrinier wire section. Custom tailored to the case of application, our experts adapt the headbox ideally to the range of grades to be produced. We have two models to support you „to the point“ with the perfect impulses to improve cross-directional strengths in your paper.

The experience of more than 40 high-speed shakers headboxes in the last 15 years allows top performance on any grade. The TurboShaker comes with our proven and very reactive drives. You chose stroke and frequency – your paper and board improve. Rely on best cross profiles AND great sheet properties. Some call it the easiest to handle shaker.

TURBOSHAKER

Higher paper machine speeds require higher shaking forces. The TurboShaker eliminates disturbing mechanical forces to the civil structure by its design. The principle is as simple as smart: Centrifugal masses in pairs balance each other. Resulting from this fact, new dimensions of the shaking stroke in combination with the shaking frequency can be realized. Through its unique drive design, the TurboShaker only requires a small footprint which makes this tool an ideal unit to upgrade already existing wire sections.

EQUALSHAKER

This standard shaking unit has been proven worldwide for several decades. The rigid design of the mechanic gearing is as easy to handle as the TurboShaker. The EqualShaker improves the formation of the paper and board production for speeds of up to 450 m/min.
