Separate

Desanding systems are used to separate out soil particles from the drilling and support suspensions used in civil engineering. The suspensions can consist of water-bentonite, water-polymer or water-cement mixtures. Further areas of application can be found in gravel processing as well as in mining and tunnel construction. The maximum possible feed quantity depends on several parameters. It is given in m3/h, with the values ​​given referring to the throughput of water. The separating cut "d50" describes the smallest grain diameter in microns (1/1,000 mm) of which at least 50% can still be separated out of the suspension. It is given in microns (1/1,000 mm).
