“AMAR” specialises in manufacturing complete new suction rolls and their rebuild and maintaince. We have complete integrated plant for making a whole new suction roll starting from shell, vaccum internals, rubber covering, and bearing housings. It includes:
SUCTION SHELL
WE USE IN HOUSE CENTRIFUGALLY CASTED STAINLES SSTEEL PIPE FOR OUR SUCTION SHELL.The Shell is drilled on high speed european fully CNC machine by the gun-drilling process, which results in significant improvement in the surface finish of the holes and accurate patterns.
VACCUM INTERNALS
We manufacture vaccum internals of upto 3 zones. It is completely fabricated with SS 304 plates and castings, gunmetal sealing strip holders.
ZERK PRESS RUBBER COVERING
“Amar” has constantly kept the track with the latest polymer developments to deliver the best solutions on rubber covers. due to advancement in paper machine operating dynamics, various thermal and mechanical knocks play a vital role to disturb the stability of the rubber cover.
