DYNAMIX DUO V – Napkin Production Line

DYNAMIX DUO V is a napkin production line featuring one unwinder, one embossing section, two folding units and four transport channels. The line is equipped with a turret unwinder with an electromechanical and hydraulic replacement system to minimize downtime during paper roll changes, as well as a cassette system with trolley for changing the embossing roller. Folding heads are designed for fast changeover.

The line reaches a maximum speed of up to 750 m/min for 330 × 330 mm napkins with all-over embossing. It can produce napkins in formats ranging from 200 × 200 mm to 400 × 400 mm, with 1/4, 1/8 and 1/6 folding options. The line can process Tissue Paper, Nonwoven, Airlaid, DRC and Spunlace, while napkin counting and transport are automatic.
