Valmet has launched Valmet DNAe, the next-generation Distributed Control System
Valmet is advancing process automation with the introduction of its next-generation Distributed Control System, the Valmet DNAe.
This fully web-based process control system features a new cybersecure system architecture, along with updated control software, hardware, and advanced engineering and analytics tools. These enhancements are designed to help customers improve the efficiency, productivity, sustainability, and safety of their operations.

Cost-Efficient Evolution with Step-by-Step Upgrade Paths

The new Valmet DNAe shares its web-based user interface, analytics tools, and common hardware with the previous generation of Valmet DNA. Valmet has also introduced new modular controllers and single-channel I/O as additional hardware options for Valmet DNAe.

We've already completed over 200 user interface upgrade projects across various industries. The first full Valmet DNAe systems have also been successfully delivered to customers.
