Valmet to supply a new tissue line to Fabryka Papieru i Tektury Beskidy Sp. z o.o. in Poland

Valmet will supply an IntelliTissue 1600 machine to Fabryka Papieru i Tektury Beskidy in Poland, supporting efficient tissue paper production with low energy use. The start-up is set for 2026. This investment aims to reduce costs and support market growth, reflecting both companies’ commitment to sustainability and advanced manufacturing within existing building constraints.
Valmet will deliver an IntelliTissue 1600 machine (TM 5) to Fabryka Papieru i Tektury Beskidy Sp. z o.o. in Wadowice, Poland. The new installation will ensure low media consumption for electricity and gas at a specified production volume.
The order is included in Valmet’s orders received of the second quarter 2025. The value of the order will not be disclosed. The start-up is scheduled for 2026.
The new line will enable the customer to produce high-quality tissue paper at low production costs, offering opportunities for market expansion.

Delivery's technical information
Valmet will deliver a new complete tissue production line including a 16-feet Yankee Dryer and IntelliCap design, which allows for higher daily production with minimal media consumption. The stock preparation equipment provides an added advantage for a complete package solution.
