24-8 FILLING LINE
A 24-8 Beverage Filling Line available that was previously running beer. Filling line ran at 70 - 80 BPM. The filler's rated speed is 140 BPM, and the two labelers are matched to keep up. Line to include the following
Meyer 24/8 Bottle filler and crowner, tooled for 12 oz. heritage bottles
Mass accumulation table (5 x 10 ft) with variable speed drive
Single file conveyor (combiner conveyor accumulation to rinser)
Unipak twist rinser (has 22 ounce change parts)
Infeed accumulation, controls rinser infeed and rinser water to insure bottle supply to filler
Two Handtmann MMS50 DE filters with a total of 34 plates
Single file outfeed conveyor from filler to labelers, 25 feet
Two World Tandem labelers, tooled for neck and body labels, each capable of 70+ BPM
7″ outfeed conveyor, 30 feet
Two Videojet Excel 2000 inkjet coders
Hamrich Drop Packer tooled for 4 x 6. Will drop into two 12-packs or four 6-packs cased
Little David case erector will erect and bottom tape case boxes and 12-pack boxes. Outfeeds to Drop Packer
Six pack erector opens and locks 6-pack carriers. We then manually stuff 6-packs into case boxes on the way to the drop packer
10 skids (5 high) amber ‘Heritage’ style 12 ounce bottles
Powered roller conveyor outfeed from Drop Packer to manual palletizing station
