Equinor, through its subsidiary Rio Energy, acquires the 230 MW Esquina do Vento wind project from Vestas, the global leader in wind energy solutions, and signs a turbine supply agreement with Vestas for the project, which is located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, northeast of Brazil.   Vestas will supply 51 V163-4.5 MW turbines to the project.
