This endeavor set an unprecedented record for the swiftest start-up of a paper machine of its kind, with a mere six months elapsed from installation to successful operation – a feat accomplished two months ahead of schedule. Remarkably, the commissioning of the BlueLine OCC stock preparation system took only four weeks, while the XcelLine paper machine was operational in just five weeks.

With dimensions encompassing 7.92 meters in width and a design velocity of 1,400 meters per minute, PM 6 specializes in crafting top-tier packaging paper, ranging from 90 to 170 gsm. Its annual production capacity stands at approximately 400,000 tons. Accompanying this, the impressive BlueLine OCC stock preparation line boasts a capacity of 2,200 tons per day, establishing itself as the largest OCC line in the Asian market.

Voith's involvement extended beyond delivering the innovative XcelLine paper machine and BlueLine OCC stock preparation line.
