Clearwater Paper Appoints Sherri Baker As Chief Financial Officer

Clearwater Paper Corporation has announced the selection of Sherri Baker as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective from August 14, 2023. In this capacity, she will oversee the company's financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Sherri brings with her a proven track record, boasting over 25 years of experience in cultivating and steering finance teams. Ms. Baker joins Clearwater Paper with an extensive background in finance and executive leadership. Her previous roles include CFO positions at two NYSE-listed companies: PGT Innovations and Hyliion Holdings. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles at Dean Foods from 2010 to 2019, covering domains such as commercial finance, supply chain, investor relations, and corporate strategy. Ms. Baker also amassed experience at Frito-Lay between 1997 and 2010, progressing through finance-related positions spanning accounting, tax, and procurement. Her career embarked at Ernst & Young, where she contributed to audit functions. Her academic accomplishments encompass a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
